Wombats Winter Scooter Rally – 26/27/28 July 2024
Wombats Winter Scooter Rally 26/27/28 July 2024 held at the Apollonian Hotel, Boreen Point , QLD.
This rally is open to all types and makes of Scooters and Postie bikes.All Scooter Clubs Welcome and no limit on how many can attend. We will have a professional recovery vehicle as always to get ya back to the venue safely and Public liability.
Cost is $20 for the whole weekend, contact Ziko Hart on messenger or email me Ziko@zikohart.com or mobile 0414905127 for bank transfer details. It’s the same as last year for those who already know.
A must is to leave your details on bank transfer so I can send a receipt, no details no receipts, name and what you paid for it’s easy.
The receipt will be photographed with all details on you paid for and sent via messenger or email or can be collected at the rally Friday or Saturday. There will be no cash paid on the day and sorry no refunds.

Breakfast Sunday $15 Payments to Ziko
8am to 9am
Camping at the pub $20 the whole weekend but only 20 spots available, first to pay gets a spot sorry can’t save. Payments to Ziko.
Extra Accommodation is rooms at the pub you will have to ring the Apollonian hotel for this. Also there is a Motel at Boreen Point , a huge campsite on the lake and loads of Air BNB so you won’t be out of accommodation it’s all less than 5 minutes walk to Venue.
What happens at the rally.
Friday meet n greet plus ride out around 2pm.
Friday night our famous games competition, plus live music and blackboard event if you’re keen to show ya musical skills.
Saturday ride out 9.30am.
Saturday after lunch slow ride competition. A skills ride competition.
Penny farthing riding competition for the brave. Show n shine competition with 16 trophies up for grabs plus a few surprises to keep ya entertained .
Saturday night around 6pm with MC SCOOTR for our Awards prizes very entertaining and good banter.
Sunday 9.30am ride out for the Keen .
SUNDAY 2pm event finishes.
If anyone has any questions please contact Ziko on details above. If anyone wants to sell scooter parts or anything related it’s free just set up a table or Gazebo, swap n sell but you must let me know to allocate spots.
We are seeking any sponsors who would like to sponsor trophies or prizes please, this is a non for profit event all run by volunteers which we are most grateful for to keep the scooter community alive for all to enjoy.
